Sorry, but your post does not provide enough details to answer your question. Where and when does this error appear, and what are you trying to accomplish when the error does occur?
the problem is; when i try to access iTunes U Course Manager i am having an error message stating "İtunesu.itunes.apple.com/unsupported" how do i solve this problem :-)

I'm not sure that using Course Manager is supported from an iPad. You might try asking for assistance in the iTunes U Public Site Manager forum:

and perhaps someone there can provide assistance. This forum, being for the iTunes Store, probably isn't the place where you'll be most likely to get help.
