Wi Fi stopped working on my 4s?

Hi All,

I recently am having an issue connecting my computers, Macbook, iMac, and iPad to the Internet using my hotspot using the Wi Fi from my phone. I have went and reviewed the settings as compared to my wife's phone that is currently working using the same Wi Fi settings.

I have gone in and ensured software is updated and reset the network using a guide I found on here somewhere and I still cannot get the computers to see the Wi Fi?

Every once in a while after I reboot everything they might see the network for a short time and then when I try and connect it says that the network is not available?

As a last effort I'm gonna try and restore in iTunes and if that doesn't do it I'm thinking it's a hardware issue?

Any help would be appreciated!
