I bought my iMac on 2008, It is in Venezuela right now and I want to bring it back to Canada. To do that, I have to present the receipt to the Venezuelan customs. How can I get that old receipt?

Contact the store from where you purchased the computer from. If you purchased w/a credit card, contact the cc company. Paid w/a money order, contact the bank or where-ever you purchased the MO from. Paid w/a personal check, call your bank.

Cant apple track my purchase?
Of course if you purchased the computer through them - Online or Offline Stores. Did you?
After five years it's doubtful that Apple will be able to provide you a duplicate receipt assuming you did purchase from the Apple Store, but you can ask. If you purchased from a dealer, you will need to contact that dealer. Apple will not have copies of such receipts.

Yes I did purchased it from the offline store. I will see what can they do for me as I chat with them but they could not help me.
Physically go to the offline AS & ask to speak w/the manager. Explain your predicament. It may also be helpful, if you also have the iMac's model & serial # handy. You can get this info from System Profile.
