Thanks for the question! So it sounds like when you hook up your iPod shuffle, it doesn't appear in iTunes? Depending on what type of computer you're using, you'll want to check out one of the articles for either Windows or Mac, which you can find in here:

The one in there that will probably be most applicable to your issue is "iPod shuffle (4th generation): Not seen in iTunes."
