Help with Apple ID
I recently broke my ipod touch and had to get a new one and now when I try to sign into the itunes store it says i've never used my apple ID before even though I used it on my old one, what do I do?
It is telling you you never used your ID on that particular iPod. After you get that message it shoud give you a link to answer your security questions and verify the device.
