hi I registered my iphone in Find my iphone with my 3gs and it only appears to be disconected off the wifi so the iphone is conected but the app says its not whats my problem?? please help thenks. sorry for my bad english

I am using find my iPhone on my IPhone 3GS
My Problem:
Find My IPhone says that my iPhone is offline or not conected to wifi but I am conected! I don't know why it's saying that my iPhone is offline when I am conected and even when I sign in in my phone it still says it is not online
Is there a SIM in the device? Removal of the SIM will prevent Find my iPhone from working.

You have a SIM in what device? Whether or not YOU are connected has no significance re whether the lost iPhone is connected.
If it is offline there is nothing you can do to trace it. Report the loss to your carrier, to the police, and to your insurance company. Change any passwords which might be compromised, and get another phone.

But when I go to find my iPhone in my iPad it says that my iPhone is not conected to wifi and for that it can not be located...

Then you have not enabled Find my iPhone in Settings on your phone. Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Find My iPhone. It"s in the manual.
