I would like to setup Mac Mini with Mountain Lion as public computer for browsing in our eShop for our customers. I used parental control to disable almost all apps and features. How can I start Safari automatically after restart of the Mac Mini?

Add it to the user account as a log-in item (under System Preferences>Users & Groups).

Click and hold on the Dock icon. A menu will appear. Go to Options and choose Open At Login. You need to do this for each user.

I checked Safari under user account, it actualy starts, but opens NO window. In Safari preferences I choosed to start new window after start and in the new window to open homepage.

I read in one discussion, that someone had talked to Apple and that opening with no window is 'normal'. Mine does the same and it works normally if you just start the application after the startup is complete.
Thank you all for answers. I found the solution myself: I created icon with link to webpage and under log-in item I choosed to start this icon (actually two different icons/links) so now it does what I want. After startup of the system Safari opens with two active tabs with two different web pages.
