Synching appointments across time zones

Hello. I work in HK but am currently in UK. I am trying to accept appointments sent to me by my HK based PA. I need them to go into my iCal on local time however they are showing up as HK time - +7 hours i.e. 10am UK time is showing as 5pm HK time.

I need my appointments to show up in the correct time zone for where I am. I've just turned on time zone support in the settings and my iPad automatically synchs time zones.

Please help!
