The volume control doesn't work on my headphones?
My headphones are only a few months old and the volume control has stopped working. Is there a way to reset the controls?
Have you tried testing with another set of headphones?

The stereo headset buttons are not functioning properly
- Verify the headset being used is compatible with the iPhone.
- Verify there is no debris in the headset jack.
- Insert the stereo headset and play audio using the iPod app. Verify both left and right channels are functioning.
- Press the center button to see if it can pause and resume audio.
- Make a phone call and see if the microphone is working.
- If the issue persists, try another headset.
- If the issue persists with another headset, have the iPhone serviced.
