my ipod touch is not updating to the latest updtae, its really very old version the first ipod touch launced and error number is 306 that couldnot connect to the ipod software, what should i do now ? ASAP PLEASE

im trying to update my ipod touch to the latest version from 4.3.5 to the new one , the model MC008LL, the erorr number is 306 and it says coudlnot connect to the update software.

what should i do to update it?
