Why is my green light keep on blinking on my time capsule?

How old is the TC?

Try this first:

disconnect the modem and the TC from the power cables, wait 30 seconds,

reconnect the modem and let it startup completely (can take 2 or 3 minutes),

then reconnect the TC and let it start completely (can take some time also).

See if the issue has gone.
