Q: Copy Response suddenly outputs 10 copies

A copy response from a watched folder we have been using for several years on FCSvr 1.5 suddenly started to output multiple copies (looks like 10) of 2 files exported to the watch folder. We can't seem to stop it, even with a hard restart, canceling all jobs and turning off the copy response automation. Any ideas? We have looked for and not found any feedback loops (saving back to the watch folder). I am stumped.

Is your copy response followed by a delete response, and is that delete response working?  You might check the logs in the admin window to see if any part of the automation is causing an error.

I have never used a delete response in this automation. When it see a new addition it transcodes  it to 3 profiles in 3 diferent folders. It is the same automation that we have used for years. We eventually deleted the file that was repeating and it stopped. We then put another version of the same file in the watch folder, it kicked over and worked perfectly and made only one copy. Weird.
