Everytime I plug my iPod touch 4g in to the wall charger or the computer, it continues to show the red empty battery symbol, and will not charge. Does anybody know how to get it to charge? Please help, I'm going to a concert tomorrow and would love to have it with me.

- Try another charging source
- Inspect the dock connector on the iPod for bent or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
