Iphone, Ipad, Apple TV Video in FCP 6 using Streamclip? SETTINGS?

I've seen a million posts on this but none of them are complete with the answer.

I have a screen recording that I made on my MAC saved as IPHONE, IPAD, APPLE TV setting. Maybe that was a mistake but there's no going back.

(I'm assuming that the proces is the same for iphone video too)

WHAT SETTINGS DO I USE IN MPEGSTREAMCLIP TO GET THIS INTO FCP 6?

WHAT SETTINGS TO I MATCH THE SEQUENCE WITH IN FCP?

I'VE INCLUDED THE PRO RES OPTIONS. BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT I'VE BEEN TRYING.

Your screen recording uses the H.264 codec. It doesn't work well at all in FCP.

Run it through MPEG Streamclip again and export to QuickTime using the ProRes LT codec.

There is no Apple Pro Res (LT) but I randomly picked one of the two Pro Res options and it worked.
