Jul 11, 2013 1:44 PM in response to harpoon70by shushtime,You don't. Amazon does not allow airplay or mirroring of any kind due to copyright laws. If this is a feature you want, I would suggest sending some feedback to Amazon.

Amazon would have an AppleTV app if Apple opened it's environment to developers. That's why Roku has 10x as many choices as AppleTV. I have one of both - I got a Roku LT for about $40 to fill in Apple TV's gaps.

Dec 30, 2014 8:33 AM in response to shushtimeby Brian Cook4,It is true that AirPlay can block copy righted content it does NOT block content from the Amazon app. I can play content just fine from it on ATV. I do find AirPlay to be extremely buggy and failure prone though so I would not use it as a primary feature. Amazon FireTV starts at $40. If you really want to watch Amazon content I would just get that.
