Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I just started working fulltime and my employer will hopefully be getting me a business phone.
Obviously I want an iphone 5. My only issue is that I would like to seperate my personal life from work life. I noticed on other devices ( blackberry ) that you can have different profiles. Is this possible with iphone 5? I would hate to have to carry around two phones for obvious reasons.

Sorry no you can't have two profiles. You will have to carry both phones around. We have people here at my work that do that also.
But you could add your work email to your personal phone and you might be able to forward your work calls to your personal phone but double check with your cell phone provider.

Thats sucha shame. has anyone ever used divide app? Is there any other apps that might block me from calling work/ them calling me on the weekend. I could easily disable my work inbox for the weekend.
If you're in the U.S., you can get a free Google Voice number. Use that for your business contacts. You can set up a schedule for when the calls will ring your phone and when they will go to voice mail. I find it works quite well. The Google Voice app allows you to call and text from the GV number directly from your phone.
