Q: I have no light on my Ipod what can I do?

I am currently charging my I pod and the light isn't on. When I unplug it there is no light. What can I do about this?

iPod shuffle, Windows 7

Do a Reset for your iPod

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1320?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

See if you can wake it up, of course make sure you have charge your iPod for few hours.

If it does not work, likely the battery needs to be replaced
