after the download of the update i cant hear hbogo??

basically i was able to hear HBOgo on all devices and see it onscreen through my ipad, ever since that **** upgrade I can see HBOgo but cant hear it although I can see and hear it on my computer and ipad...is anybody else having this problem? ive restarted and unplugged etc, the updated was succesfully installed and the other crap that came with the download can be heard perfectly even if I dont subscribe to them nor wish to.

did d@mn just get redacted out of my post? ...didnt know that was a bad word...but crap stayed??
