I have tried rebooting the phone and the computer, reinstalling iTunes, 3 different USB posrts... for some reason my iPhone stopped being recognized by iTunes. What can I do about this? I've had Tunes 11 for a while but haven't had this problem. I have the sidebar showing and the phone never pops up there OR in the upper right corner.

None of this helped... I reinstalled iTunes which is very very undesirable. But I did it. Didn't work. If my only solution is to reinstall windows i'm just going to trade this in for an Android phone...
My iphone 3G shows up fine in iTunes still...
