No.

Possibly... depending on your technical abilities, you could probably fix it in any country on the planet.
Why would you want to do that though? All iPhone 5s are still under warranty unless the device has been physically damaged.
Take the device to Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider for evaluation and possible replacement. FYI, warranty and support are only valid in the country of origin.
If you bought a US unlocked A1428 iPhone, then you need to bring it back to the USA for warranty replacement.
Apple does not (never has) repaired iOS devices inhouse - they replace defective or damaged devices, not repair them. And the US unlocked iPhone model is not available anywhere else but the USA (well, Canada and Mexico too, but the warranty is still country specific, not continent specific) so they cannot possibly replace your device overseas. An overseas Apple store or authorized reseller will literally not have A1428 model iPhones available to them as replacements for your damaged one. Hence they will refuse to service it at all, as they are obligated to replace it with the exact same model as you turn in.
You cannot get service (warranty or otherwise) for an iPhone out of the country where it was purchased. The warranty is not international.
Hence my original answer was a simple "no" and it is still "no".
Which means that , I need to go to US to replace my cellphone not the place I bought, Dubai.... ****....
I'll go to HK, & find out... THX anyway !
No it means you need to get your phone serviced where you bought it: Dubai.
If you bought a USA model A1428 unlocked iPhone anywhere, you need to take it to the USA for service. Since that model is only available in the USA, if you bought it in Dubai then you must have bought it used. In that case, you still need to take it back to the country in which it was originally bought new in - the USA.
Michael is correct..
THX Bro. I'll probably fix it in the street workshop...
I hope not ...
Don't waste your time...
So, specifically I'm in HK for a couple of days and just passed by the Apple store at the IFC center earlier today. Guess what? They will not service a non HK phone...
