How do you gift a song not a whole album??
So you can't gift a playlist anymore and you can't gift a song unless its a single without gifting the whole album?? Am I missing something?

You can try clicking on the arrow down beside the price of the song and that should give you the option to gif the song, add to your wish list, etc..
