Q: How do I sync all my calenders with iCloud?

I have Google calender and my work Exchange on my work iPhone5 and I want to be able to mirror this on my personal iPhone without installing the work Exchange account.

Can I sync both calenders to my iCloud calender and then just display that?

Short of installing exchange on the phone, you can install icloud control panel on your work computer and sync those to icloud from outlook. May be someone will chime in with better idea.
