bluetooth uses data
When I stream music to my car or even a wireless speaker through bluetooth my Data Manager shows a data use over mobile or wifi. Is this a known problem?

Bluetooth does not use mobile or WiFi data. Something else is using it. Check what apps you are running at the same time (maps, navigation, Internet) and also where the source of the music you are streaming is coming from.
