This is the 3rd time I have purchased potions for the monster world game and the money was deducted from my iTunes account and never given

I have purchased potions for the game monster world and on three separate occasions the money was deducted from my iTunes account and the purchased was not received.

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.4
