Q: I just got my iPhone stolen. How do I erase the data remotely? My PC does not give me the option to erase the data.

On my PC, the "find my iPhone" application does not give me the option to erase the data whenever the phone is turned on. How do I get the PC to give me this option?

Go to icloud.com, enter Find My iPhone, click on the name of your phone on the device list then click Erase. See http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmfc0ef36f.
