Q: set up 2 apple IDs in error

My iTunes music is under my old apple ID on my dead PC. I got an iPad and set up another apple ID. How do I get those two accounts together?

I have changed the apple ID on my iPad to my old ID, so my music has transferred, but I want to use my new iD now.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.1.4
