ipad 4 not recognizing belkin keyboard

My ipad 4 is no longer recognizing my bellkin keyboard, Cannot exactly remmeber where the settings were changed, however what I can remeber is that I clicked OK a command which popped up and that has disabled the ipad from recognizing the belkin keyboard. How do I regain the setting back for my keyboard to be recognized by my ipad. Someone help me.

iPad, iOS 6.0.1

it still doesn't recognise it, what happened was that I clicked on the 'Forget this Device' and then a pop up came which reads 'Forget 'Keyboard' with the options, 'ok' or 'cancel' I mistakely chose the 'ok' bottom that is why it can't recognise it anymore, how do I get my ipad 4 to rcognize the belkin keyboard again? or should I reset to factory settings?

In the Settings app, did the Belkin Keyboard show up under the Bluetooth heading in the left column?

Look through the entire left column for something that says Belkin.

Is there a special app that had to be installed to make the keyboard work, ininitially?

If yes, you need to launch this app and reset up the keyboard.

Instead of coming here, you need to go to the Belkin website to search for your answers.

You could try a hard reset of your iPad.

Hold the iPad's power button to the left while holding down the iPad's Home button until your iPad shuts off, then let the buttons go and it will automatically restart itself.

Go to the Bellin site, access their support area and see if you can instant message or email some one at Belkin who knows a fix for this issue.
