Syncing Mircosoft office outlook

I use Mircosoft Office Outlook webmail for work how can i sync with my iphone so my emails come to my phone

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

I'm not sure webmail will work on the iphone. The exchange account will.

On your iphone go to settings>mail,cotacts,calenders>add other and add that email to your iphone also you can turn on icloud and sync your iphone to both of them. Icloud really simplifies the equation.
