what error 1619 means

hi,

have 1 year old iphone 4s.

yesterday the battery died, so i wanted to charge it. but as soon as i plugged it in, the apple logo woudl come on and off and the phone would not turn on.

so i tried to restore the phone via itunes.

it told me extracting software, software updated, but then it came up with error 1611.

so i tried on different computer, but ther it shows me error 1619.

what should i do now?

i am currently out of country where i bought the phone, would your apple store try to help me sort this issue anyway? woudl there be a charge? i am currently in china, phone bought in UK.

This error typically occur when security software interferes with the restore and update process. FollowTroubleshooting security software issues to resolve this issue. In rare cases, this error may be a hardware issue. If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.

If there is an Apple Store nearby, they can determine if the iPhone has a hardware problem at no charge and if so, they won't be able to exchange the iPhone if under warranty.
