My younger sister dented my macbook pro on the aluminium lid, it isnt very big but is quite big and want it replaced. Am I able to get JUST the lid replaced? And what prices would I be looking at?

Take it to Apple for a quote.
The damage will be deemed cosmetic and not covered by warranty. And they will want to replace the entire assembly, including the display inside. Given that you did not say what model Mac you have, it is haphazard to guesstimate costs.
Yes you can replace the lid.. or at least Apple can do it for you. It only takes a day or so according to the Apple Store in Regent Street, London.
However, the cost can be quite high.. I can reveal that it will be over $100 or GBP 160. And if they have to replace your screen then double that, at least.
