I have a Nano 5th gen. Got it from someone. Trying to restore so that I can use it. It will not let me. Giving me 1415 and other errors. Have tried the different options above. Need help. Thanks

If you have tried all 9 steps in the above article your iPod may be defective and you might have to get it serviced.

Try it on a different computer with a different cable.
