I am trying to find an application that records conversations on an iPhone, (4S IOS 6.1). I keep hearing that there is a good application out there but everyone I ask can not remember it's name!

Conversations, as in phone calls? Go in the App Store and do a search. For instance. "call recorder" brings up a number of apps, some for IP calls, others for regular carrier calls. None appear to be free.
