When I want to buy or update something, it says I have to sign in and update my billing information. But every time I do it and tap done, it says my payment method was declined. Why does it keep saying that?

Either add an accepted payment method or if yo think yours is acceptable contact iTunes.
It used to let me with the same payment method.
Then contact iTunes like I said in my previous reply

So do you have either a valid payment now specified or a positive balance from redeeming an iTunes gift card in your account?
Ok, so i found out that the problem was that my dad got a new card, and i was using his old one. But now i put in the new card details and at first it was ok but now im having the same problem. He didnt get another new card. What's the problem now?:(
