Q: Disable the "want to delete your imported photo's" Question?

Is it possible to disable the "want to delete your imported photo's" Question when using the iPad Camera Connection Kit? When importing photo's to my iPad, I never want to delete them from my camera, so this question is a bit of a nuisance to me.

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.4

There is no way to disable that functionality.
