No hardware working, IMMEDIATELY after windows 7 install via BootCamp Assistant

After the installation of windows 7 via bootcamp on my Macbook Air (2013), the computer restarts to finish and after it boots into windows it comes to the screen to create the first user. Nothing works as far as the hardware. No mouse, no keyboard, no usb. Now im aware the drivers need to be installed and i have them installed on a usb drive ready to go but i can't do anything to even type in a username. i can still boot into osx just fine and have everything work, the issue is just with Windows. What am i missing?

That's an odd situation, as Windows 7 shouldn't have any issue using the Keyboard and Mouse with it's generic drivers, same goes for the USB ports.

Thats what i thought, it worked fine throughout the installation and i did it a few times and everytime after the first reset nothing works. I've tried to boot in safe mode as some disscussions suggested but nothing would work.
