Hello, my kids took my iPod Touch and iPhone 3GS and bought some APPS without my authorization. I'm trying to cancel reporting problem on iTunes but when I click on Report Problem button, it opens a browser on Itunes support page. Then I don't have anyway to go ahead to cancel purchase.
Could you help me? Is there any other way to cancel these purchase?

I would do the following:
1.) Open https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
2.) Choose: "Contact iTunes Store Support"
3.) Go to "Purchases, Billing and Redemption"
4.) Choose: "The topic isn't listed"
5.) Describe in detail what is happening, for example: "my kids bought this and that without my permission". Please make sure to include order numbers and all relevant details, so your request can be processed quicklier.
They will get back to you by E-Mail.
There is no way to "cancel" a purchase within iTunes. You have to contact Apple by the mechanism Farouchette describes. I've found them to be pretty reasonable about it so long as one is polite about it.
