Is snow leopard compatible with ipad mini?
Hello I need to know if snow leapard is compatible with the ipad mini

Do you mean will Snow Leopard run the version of iTunes you need to work with the Mini? If so, yes it will.

The iPad mini uses iOS, which is different than OS X, which is installed in Macs. You haven't got a Mac, so Snow Leopard isn't supported
I bought a MacBook 2009 and it has snow leapard on it .
In that case, I suppose that you were asking if you can sync your device. The iPad mini requires iTunes 10.7 or later, version that Snow Leopard supports, so you can sync the iPad. Open > Software Update, and install the most recent version. Also, make sure you are running iTunes 10.7 or the most recent iTunes 11
With that, you can check to see you have the latest iTunes installed, if so you are good to go. If not, you can update iTunes on-line, free.
