Q: I downloaded a concerto and at the end it cuts short, i am missing the last couple of notes. How I can i download again? If I can,t download were can I request a refund? Thank you

I bought on Itunes '' the great violin Concertos'' Anne-Sophie Mutter Berliner Philarmoniker 1987.

On that purchase you find The violin concerto inD. Op 61 de Beethoven. At the end of the first movement Allegro Ma non Troppo, it cuts short because it seems that I am missing the couple last notes before the second movement begin. Every other piece on the disc is find except this one. What should I do? Can I download it again? if not can I have e refund? I am very unhappy with this. I would be very happy if someone knows what to do qith this situation.

That usually means there was a problem with the download. You can get a fresh copy (at no charge) by following these instructions: iTunes 11 for Windows: Download previous purchases from the iTunes Store

If the new one sounds the same (unlikely, but possible) the store may be carrying a corrupt file. In that case, contact iTunes Customer Service.
