Half of Album wont download or play after purchase

After signing in about 25 times and Downloading an album I see that 4 tracks havnt downloaded, Ive tried redownloading again numerous time but Apple tells me ive lost the network connection which is not true, I didnt loose connection.

The error says unable to download because of lost network connection.

Ive restarted itunes about 5 times and tried to redownload the missing tracks, no joy. Frustrated.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
