How can I set 'Incoming mail server' when the box is grey...will not accept cursor or type? I assume that is where I need to set configurations since for some unknown reason I can no longer get incoming mail to my inbox on the computer yet I can still access it on icloud?
It's gray because it's set automatically. If iCloud mail stopped working on your Mac, go to System Preferences>iCloud, uncheck Mail, restart your Mac, then go back to System Preferences>iCloud and check Mail again. See if it works now.
