In which country did you buy your phone? There is no facetime app. Facetime is either accessed during a call or by going to a contact scroll down and you will see a facetime button. Is facetime on in settings/general/restrictions?

If your iPhone is bought from the Middle East, FaceTime is banned by the government.

I'm here in Middle east bro and I visited more than 5 countries last month Facetime is surely enabled here...

Once iPhone is bought where FaceTime is banned, it doesn't matter where you go.

Sorry no, You have to sell it and buy an iPhone where FaceTime is not banned.

I have same issue, I didn't know that Facetime doesn't exist. Apple should fix this issue

Apple has to comply with the laws of the countries where it does

business. If the country bans FaceTime, it will not be available on

iPhones meant for sale in that market and cannot be added if the

iPhone is no longer in the restricted area.

There is no issue for Apple to fix. If you purchase your iPhone where

you intend to use it, you will not run into such problems.
