Old computer crashed. Was able to transfer library from external disk,can access store and make purchases but can't organise my library. There is no left column with playlists, no drop down menu in my library. My phone won't sync with new computer.
Hi, my old computer crashed months ago. Was able to transfer library to new computer from external drive and installed itunes on new computer. I am able to access store and make purchases but cannot manage my library. There is no left side column with playlists, etc and no drop down menus - it's just a list of music. My phone won't sync with the new computer. Don't know what to do, help please!
iPhone 4 (8GB), Windows XP
