It is virus?

It's not a virus...
Try empting the Safari cache.
Press Command + Option + E on your keyboard.
Quit and relaunch Safari.
If that doesn't help, try restarting your Mac.

Pressing Command + Option + E automatically empties the Safari cache.
Quit and relaunch Safari after emptyng the cache then try that Apple page again.
