Information:iTunes version11.0.4.4(latest version),Windows7 Ultimate32 bits
Problem is:
-whenever I plug in iPod classic into Win7,the sync arrow of iPod shows on itself suddenly and never stop but IPod's status does not appear on the iTunes program.

Thank for replying and provide a properly solution but seem i have other issue which happening in the same time,
Issue is: whenever i plugged cable of iPod to PC,OS of Win7 ask me to format the iPod classic(what the ****),however i tried many solution of iPod so i found that i must change to other drive letter and resore iPod as refer to number 6 of http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1363 after changing to new drive letter and restore,the issue was resolved
