I clean the systerm and reinstall os x , currently it is 10.7.5. But the ilife are not there anymore.
I went to APP store, it tolds me I have 3 APPs to accept. I accepted with my apple id signed in. And I reopen the app store , but still said accept 3 apps,
Do I have to wait for APPLE to check my eligibility or I cant use the ilife for free after I reinstall the os x?

iLife is not included in/with the operating system. OS X. You need to reinstall it from either the system discs that came with your Mac or from the Mac App Store if you didn't get system discs with your Mac.
Once you accept them don't restart the Mac App Store. Just go to your purchases area and download/install them.
iLife is free for every Mac.
i did accept them, but it still cannot be downloaded
Are you using the same apple ID that mac is registered to. I have clean reinstalled both Lion and Mountain Lion on my MBP from late 2011 and have always been able to download and install the iLife apps. But then I only have one Apple ID and my MBP is registered to that Apple ID.
As an additional thought:
did you by chance buy your machine used?
yes, I use the same apple ID.
as u see above, it tells me to accept. then I click accept, and entered Apple ID and password. But nothing changes. you mean that my MAC has to have the same ID as the one i used in APP store?

Did your system come with Lion Pre-installed or did iot come with Snow Leopard and you upgraded to Lion?
mine is just lion os x
If the machine was new when you bought it and you followed the instructions in the link below and that does not work either, then I'd recommend an appointment at your nearest Genius Bar to let Apple sort it out.
