How to send an ipad as a gift. I would like to send a gift of an ipad. But I would like the recipient to choose the regular or mini and weather they want the more space and wifi or less space and the 3G. Is there a voucher for this ? A gift card with options ?

Yes, aside from itunes gift cards, there are also Apple Store gift cards - I have several that I'm saving for when I want to upgrade my mac.
I think, however, that the card is just for a fixed amount of money, there are no options involving a variable amount that might be charged to the card. At least this is the case in the USA.

A gift card sounds to be the best option. That would allow the recepient to make the selections they want as you describe.
