There are various ways or this problem:-

First,

Create a IMAP account (GMAIL icloud etc.)

add account to 2011 outlook for mac and office for windows

Drag emails into a folder on the imap server and then go back to windows and drag the emails from the imap into your email. and your done all your old emails are there.

There is one more way to transfer mails from mac to windows. This is little bit take short time from imap.

Sometimes imap can not synchronous.

1 - Open a folder on desktop then drag and drop mails from outlook to folder on your mac.

2 - Copy folder to your xp, open outlook express, drag and drop mails from folder to outlook express's folder.

3 - Export mails to pst.

Success

Note: Outlook Express folder can be max 2 gb. If your mail over 2 gb. you should divide your mails. Make new folders under inbox or send items and drop mails in it.
