IPhone 4S will no shut down. Keeps restarting.
Try restarting your iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo. Also clean your charging port with a old toothbrush and compressed air.

I've restored the phone twice to no avail. The Apple store told me to do this. They ran a diagnostic on the phone and told me my battery was fine. Something is draining it.
Did you restore your phone as a new device and set it up again WITHOUT using any backup? If you did this and your problem persists, then it's most likely a hardware issue and you'll need to bring the phone back to Apple.
