can't purchase in app bonus rolls - dice buddy

I had to change my credit card information, and after i did, i can't buy in app bonus rolls in Dice Buddy. I can buy apps, music and all other services from iTunes, but not in app ... any suggestions. I first get a message - Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed - For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/. and when i hit OK, I get - Error, cannot connect to app store

I've checked and re entered my payment information on my Air, iPhone, and mini ...

Any suggestions.
