Order of iTunes billing methods

When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.

Your PayPal is the last resort for a payment method if you have no credits to use.

If you want you can remove PayPal as a payment option in iTunes to have that peace of mind.

Changing your account information using a computer:

1. Open iTunes.
2. Choose Store > Sign In.
3. Enter your Apple ID and password, then click the Sign In button.
4. Choose Store > View My Account.
5. Enter your account password, and click the View Account button.
